Since 1977, Keith Haywood has worked with two of the largest African-American owned companies in the United States. For the past 26 years he has been affiliated with his parents' company, FDY, Inc., one of the largest minority-owned and -operated food service management firms in North Carolina. At FDY, Inc. he has managed the Banquet and Catering Division with clients that include the North Carolina Furniture Market, National Basketball Association, NCAA Final Four Tournament, New Heritage USA Resort, NBC 24 Hour News Network, ACC Tournament, Nations Bank (Bank of America), and Amway. In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Haywood has engaged in client development, contract negotiations and renewal administration, special projects, collateral development, facility design, and teaming and partnerships. Mr. Haywood has also provided valuable leadership in the Company's annual growth.
